Dundee: Herd Manager/2IC on 650 cow grassland dairy plus youngstock. Rotary Parlour with well established road/water/paddock infrastructure. Mature Herd & Team.
Dumfires: Herd Manager/2IC AND Dairy Assistant on a farm currently being developed to a 500 cow grassland dairy plus youngstock. New 40 unit Herringbone being build. Positions available from now to support development and rear heifers ready for calving 2026. Also option to start by Dec 2025 reading for our first milking in Jan 26.
Seasonal Positions for Calving 2026 in the Dumfries Area: Calf Rearing, Night Calving, Dairy Assistant. Accommodation Provided.
Farming Partners have a proven excellent record of training and career development of our team. We offer the Accelerator Program for graduates and experienced grassland team members. This is a 24 month prog specifically focused on getting you Manager ready. We also offer training and coaching for new Dairy Assistants to learn the ropes of block calving grassland dairy farming.
