Blenheim Estate is seeking an Assistant / Under Shepherd to support day-to-day management of the breeding ewe flock and assist with cattle and other stock, working with the Head Shepherd. This hands-on, outdoor role requires practical sheep husbandry and a willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends with a small Farms team.
You will operate tractors and other machinery, maintain records, and help with fencing and general upkeep across seasons.
