The Executors of the Captain Elwes Will Trust are seeking a skilled Full-Time Arable Operator to join a 2,500-acre progressive farming business as part of dedicated team.
This role will focus primarily on cultivations and drilling across a modern arable enterprise, with additional responsibility as a relief sprayer and combine operator during peak seasonal periods.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous arable farming experience.
- Be capable of operating modern machinery safely and to a high standard.
- Have experience with GPS guidance and precision farming systems.
- Take pride in machinery care, presentation and attention to detail.
- Be reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
- PA1 and PA2 certificates.
- Combine and spraying experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
