Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workplace consulting projects from discovery through delivery, including diagnostics, experience assessments, journey mapping, service modeling, and operational redesign.
  • Develop and deliver workplace strategies that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and service integration across hospitality, FM, technology, and HR.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of workplace operations, front-of-house services, amenities, and community programs.
  • Evaluate service performance, staffing models, vendor relationships, and FM/FM-hospitality integrations to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement workplace experience programs, hospitality-led service models, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, and co-creation sessions to capture insights and align people around a shared vision.
  • Analyze operational and financial data, benchmarking performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
  • Support business development activities, proposals, and client relationship management across UK and European markets.
  • Contribute to 4xi’s thought leadership, including articles, frameworks, tools, and the 4xi360 Resource Center.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

Human Resources , or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.

Minimum

7–10 years of experience in workplace strategy, workplace experience, FM/hospitality operations, change management, or consulting.

Experience working in or with multinational companies, corporate campuses, or premium workplace environments in the UK/EU.

Background in workplace transformation, service design, or large-scale operational programs is highly desirable.
