Salary: Up to £50,000 basic, plus bonus and commission

OTE: £60K+ (KPI Bonus + Commissioning)

ABOUT

We are working with a well-established Fire & Security business looking to add a Field Line Manager to their team. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing and developing engineers in the field while driving performance, standards, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities - Field Line Manager:

  • Managing and supporting a team of Fire & Security Engineers
  • Carrying out site visits, audits, and on-the-job coaching
  • Driving KPI performance (revenue and service delivery)
  • Supporting onboarding and ongoing training of engineers
  • Managing callout rota and escalations
  • Ensuring compliance with BAFE / SP203 / British Standards
  • Supporting customer relationships and resolving issues
  • Working closely with senior management on team performance

Requirements - Field Line Manager:

  • Strong background in Fire & Security service or maintenance (managerial)
  • Experience working to NSI Gold / SSAIB standards
  • Previous supervisory/lead experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Organised, driven, and commercially aware
