About Our Customer: 4way Recruitment has partnered directly with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Security Service and Small Works Engineer for their team.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Travel Time Paid: Door to Door Travel
- Annual Leave: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Overtime: Monday to Friday, Standard Rate / Saturday, Time & Half / Sunday, Double Time
- Vehicle: Van + Personal Use
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service and commission Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems
- Diagnose faults and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Service Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems
- Provide excellent customer service on-site and over the phone
- Participate in the on-call rota
Skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience commissioning and servicing Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems
- Ability to work independently across multiple sectors (commercial, residential, public, retail)
- Strong fault-finding and system servicing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
- Must be eligible for enhanced security screening
- Experience working on Lenel, CCure, Gallagher and similar panels
- Desirable (not essential): Experience working on Kantech and CEM AC2000 systems
