ABOUT

A leading Fire and Security company with a strong reputation across the South West is seeking a Service Manager to join their expanding team.
This position is ideal for an established Service Manager seeking a fresh challenge or an experienced Senior Engineer ready to step up into a management role.

Responsibilities – Fire and Security Service Manager

As a Service Manager, your role will include:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of field engineers
  • Conducting regular site visits and one-to-one meetings
  • Monitoring and achieving KPI performance
  • Maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Working from the office two days per week and the remainder in the field

Requirements – Fire and Security Service Manager

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the Fire & Security industry
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Senior Engineer
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
  • Strong technical knowledge across Fire & Security systems (install, service, commissioning)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (no points desired)
  • Experience across Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Public sectors
