Nationwide Fire and Security company with over 20+ years industry experience, providing solutions to commercial, private, public, residential and the retail market. Due to expansion, they are now seeking additional engineers.
Package
- Salary: Β£35,000 β Β£47,000 basic DOE
- 36.5 hour working week
- Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
- Overtime rates β time and a half and double time on Sundays
- Call out rota: 1 in 6 days with standby rates of Β£182 a week
- Call out paid flat rate for first 4 hours; after that paid time and a half
- Company van provided
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Responsibilities
- Service the security systems including intruder alarms, access control, CCTV and IP-based networks.
- Ensure all work is performed to high British Standards.
- Manage your own time and ensure jobs are completed correctly.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing security systems.
- Experience with IP-based networks is desired.
- Experience in installing and commissioning security systems is desired.
- Desirable qualifications: 18th Edition, NVQ, City and Guilds or BTEC.
- Driving licence with no points.
- Experience working across commercial, industrial, residential, private and public sectors.
