Security Service and Small Works Engineer – £36,000 Basic
Location: Stoke on Trent, Manchester, Birmingham, Derby
Salary: £36,000 basic

Responsibilities
- Servicing and performing small works on CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
- Fault finding and reactive maintenance
- Travel to customer sites, predominantly within 50 miles of Birmingham (80%) but must be willing to travel further afield when needed
- Participation in call-out rota
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Completing reports, service sheets, and relevant documentation accurately
Requirements
- Experience with Menvier, Texecom, Honeywell, Orisec, Uniview, Paxton
- Strong service and small works skills across CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control
- Ability to work independently across varying locations
- Full UK driving licence

- Overtime available at £25 per hour; if working away, hotel, breakfast, and dinner provided, plus £50

- Standby pay: £10 per phone call
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, 3 days paid at Christmas
- Sick pay: 20 rolling days after probation at management discretion
