Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled fire system installations and commissioning
- Liaise professionally with customers, providing clear updates, technical explanations, and on-site support as needed.
- Identify, recommend, and undertake remedial works and minor installation activities in line with service procedures and industry standards.
- Accurately complete service documentation, ensuring records of work completed and system performance are maintained.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems in compliance with relevant British Standards.
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience installing and commissioning fire systems.
- Experience Working on Gent, Notifier, Advanced and Protec.
- Gent Certified.
- Demonstrated strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred).
