ABOUT
We are working with a well-established Fire & Security business looking to add a Field Line Manager to their team. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing and developing engineers in the field while driving performance, standards, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities - Field Line Manager:
- Managing and supporting a team of Fire & Security Engineers
- Carrying out site visits, audits, and on-the-job coaching
- Driving KPI performance (revenue and service delivery)
- Supporting onboarding and ongoing training of engineers
- Managing callout rota and escalations
- Ensuring compliance with BAFE / SP203 / British Standards
- Supporting customer relationships and resolving issues
- Working closely with senior management on team performance
Requirements - Field Line Manager:
- Strong background in Fire & Security service or maintenance (managerial)
- Experience working to NSI Gold / SSAIB standards
- Previous supervisory/lead experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organised, driven, and commercially aware
