A large Fire and Security Company with a strong presence in the South West is expanding and looking for a Service Manager. The role is ideal for a Service Manager who wants to join a great company or for a Senior Engineer stepping up.

Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage visiting engineers on site.
  • Supervise and develop engineering staff.
  • Work towards KPIs and deliver on performance targets.
  • Organise one‐to‐one meetings with engineers.
  • Spend two days a week working from the office.

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • 5+ years of experience in the Fire and Security industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a Senior Engineer.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Installation, service and commissioning experience in Fire and Security.
  • Valid driving licence – no points desired.
  • Ability to work across all sectors: commercial, industrial, residential, private and public.
