A large Fire and Security Company with a strong presence in the South West is expanding and looking for a Service Manager. The role is ideal for a Service Manager who wants to join a great company or for a Senior Engineer stepping up.

Responsibilities
- Manage visiting engineers on site.
- Supervise and develop engineering staff.
- Work towards KPIs and deliver on performance targets.
- Organise one‐to‐one meetings with engineers.
- Spend two days a week working from the office.
Qualifications & Knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in the Fire and Security industry.
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Senior Engineer.
- Experience leading a team.
- Installation, service and commissioning experience in Fire and Security.
- Valid driving licence – no points desired.
- Ability to work across all sectors: commercial, industrial, residential, private and public.
