Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled fire system installations and commissioning
- Liaise professionally with customers, providing clear updates, technical explanations, and on-site support as needed
- Identify, recommend, and undertake remedial works and minor installation activities in line with service procedures and industry standards
- Accurately complete service documentation, ensuring records of work completed and system performance are maintained
Requirements
- Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems in compliance with relevant British Standards
- Minimum 3 years' experience installing and commissioning fire systems
- Experience Working on Gent, Notifier, Advanced and Protec
- Gent Certified
- Demonstrated strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
