We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join a small works team delivering a mix of residential and commercial projects. Your role will include carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), installing fire alarms and emergency lighting systems, and conducting electrical surveys to ensure compliance and safety. This is a hands-on role offering variety and the chance to take on work previously managed by subcontractors, allowing you to demonstrate your expertise and make a visible impact.

- Basic salary up to £45,000
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 25

Responsibilities
- Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
- Installing fire alarms and emergency lighting systems
- Performing electrical surveys to ensure compliance with current regulations
- Taking responsibility for in-house projects previously outsourced
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard
Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- Level 2-3 Electrical Installation qualifications
- C&G 2391 (Testing & Inspection) certification
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Strong fault-finding and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional approach to safety and customer liaison
