Salary and Benefits – Fire and Security Service Engineer: Private healthcare Manufacturer training provided Salary of £40,000 to £45,000 basic, with overtime, travel pay and weekend work adding to take-home pay Standby rate for call-outs Company vehicle for personal use Extra holiday days for perfect quarterly attendance Discretionary sick pay scheme Key Responsibilities – Fire and Security Service Engineer: Keep accurate service records and prepare reports on system performance Provide first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving client issues Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and support Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of fire and security systems to industry standards Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency call-outs Skills and experience – Fire and Security Service Engineer: Good understanding of fire and/or security industry products and applications Valid UK driving licence and relevant trade cards such as ECS or IPAF/PASMA Strong communication skills, with awareness of current industry technology Certified in relevant fire and security systems with at least 2 years' industry experience Strong problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure Why Join this Company?
