Responsibilities:

  • Installing, commissioning, and maintaining water pre-treatment systems including softeners, filtration units, and reverse osmosis systems
  • Servicing and maintaining steam boilers, cooling towers, and closed systems
  • Analysing water quality and delivering tailored chemical treatment solutions
  • Completing chemical dosing, system servicing, and performance optimisation
  • Conducting site surveys and water quality testing
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues on client sites
  • Ensuring systems operate efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
  • Maintaining accurate service records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in water treatment engineering or service chemistry
  • Strong background in water treatment and water hygiene / Legionella awareness
  • Hands-on experience with steam boilers, cooling towers, and pre-treatment systems
  • Ability to carry out water quality analysis and administer chemical treatment
  • This role is not suitable for trainees
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
