Title: Fire and Security Small Works Manager Location of Works: Essex The Company: Highly accredited Fire and Security company who deal with the installation, service and maintenance of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms. As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your package could look like: Basic salary of up to £50,000 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension Scheme Company vehicle Company phone/laptop Reward with Health Cash plans (claiming dentist, opticians etc.) As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your main responsibilities will be: Managing the Small Works department Completing method statements and risk assessments Ensuring relevant documents are fully completed on time and in line with company regs Completing instructions, work reports, expense claims, service reports and time sheets Enforce company policy and best practice Maintaining high quality customer service As a Fire and Security Small Works Manager your knowledge and experience will be: Experience in the installation and service of fire and security systems Experience working on both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems Competent using MS Office FIA\’s preferred but not essential ECS or CSCS card preferred but not essential Experience in a similar role If you think you could be suitable, please apply and a 4way member will be in touch!
