The Company: My national Client are looking to recruit an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join their NSI Gold accredited team. You will be working alongside dedicated professionals who take pride in their work and reputation. You will be working on mostly commercial sites such as Supermarkets.
As a Fire and Security Engineer your package could look like:
- £36,000 basic (£40,000+ OTE)
- Company van or estate car
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Overtime
- Training and progression
- Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
As a Fire and Security Engineer your main responsibilities will be:
- Servicing Fire alarm systems (both Analogue and Addressable)
- Servicing Intruder alarms, Access control and CCTV including IP
- Completing paperwork
- Being customer facing, dealing with customer requests
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Completing works in line with current legislation and British Standards
- Being part of the callout rota
As a Fire and Security Engineer your knowledge and experience will be:
- 2 + years' experience Servicing Fire and Security Systems – CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and Fire alarm Systems
- Work to high British standards and within the retail / commercial sector being beneficial.
- Full UK Driving Licence - no points desired
- Be able to pass security screening
