Salary: £34,000–£40,000 (DOE)
OTE: £48,000

ABOUT
A highly accredited and well-established Fire & Security company is looking to recruit an experienced Service Fire and Security Engineer to join their service team in Leeds. This role is focused on the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire and security systems across commercial and residential sites.
Experienced Fire Alarm Engineers with a strong service background are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities – Service Fire and Security Engineer:
As a Service Fire and Security Engineer, your role will include:

Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
-
Servicing and maintaining intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and emergency lighting

Fault-finding and reactive maintenance
-
Participation in the call-out rota
-
Working independently across customer sites
-
Ensuring all works comply with British Standards and company procedures

Completing service reports and relevant documentation accurately
Requirements – Service Fire and Security Engineer:

Minimum of 3 years' experience within the fire and security industry

Strong servicing and fault-finding experience with fire alarms

Knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and emergency lighting

Electrical qualifications (18th Edition) – desirable
-
Fire extinguisher knowledge – desirable
-
Full UK driving licence
-
ECS or CSCS card – desirable
