A growing Fire and Security Systems company is seeking a Senior Security Works Engineer to lead small works projects, assist junior engineers, and help grow the department. The role focuses on fault finding, remedials, small installations, and commissioning, providing a mix of hands-on technical work and mentoring opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Leading and assisting junior engineers on site
- Fault finding, remedials, and small security system installations
- Commissioning security systems including intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Supporting growth and development of the small works department
- Travel to client sites in London (1 hour deducted each way)
Requirements
- Strong background in Security Systems (Intruder, Access Control, CCTV)
- Experience with Paxton and Galaxy systems
- Skilled in fault finding, remedials, small installs, and commissioning
- Based in or near London or Essex
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Comfortable leading projects independently on site
