A leading Fire and Security company with a strong reputation across the South West is seeking a Service Manager to join their expanding team. This position is ideal for an established Service Manager seeking a fresh challenge or an experienced Senior Engineer ready to step up into a management role.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and mentoring a team of field engineers
- Conducting regular site visits and one-to-one meetings
- Monitoring and achieving KPI performance
- Maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Working from the office two days per week and the remainder in the field
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the Fire & Security industry
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or Senior Engineer
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Strong technical knowledge across Fire & Security systems (install, service, commissioning)
- Full UK Driving Licence (no points desired)
- Experience across Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Public sectors
