About Our Customer: 4way Recruitment has partnered directly with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Fire Alarm Service Engineer for their team.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Up to £45,000
- Overtime Available: Time and a Half
- Travel Time Paid: After 30 Minutes Each Way
- Annual Leave: 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company Vehicle with Personal Use
- Call Out: 11 Hours Rest When on Call
- Standby Payment: £140 Per Week
- Call Out Payment: £60 Per Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain fire alarm systems (both addressable and conventional)
- Service and maintain emergency lighting systems
- Maintain fire extinguishers
- Work safely and professionally within the domestic and social housing sector
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
- Experience working within the social housing sector preferred
- FIA training/qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Good understanding of BS5839-1 fire alarm standards
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
