We are seeking a Finance Director to lead and oversee all financial aspects of our UK operations. Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Director will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy, ensuring robust controls, and supporting profitable growth across the business. This is a senior leadership opportunity to influence the performance and direction of a dynamic, growth-focused organisation.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead the UK finance function, providing direction, oversight, and development of the finance team.
- Partner with US counterparts to ensure financial consistency and alignment across the global business.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with the US Director of Financial Planning.
