Are you an established Architectural Technician or experienced Assistant Architectural Technician looking for a step up? We're working with a well-established housing and regeneration business that is continuing to invest heavily across the North West, and they're now looking to strengthen their Technical team with the appointment of an Architectural Technician.

This is a genuinely varied role offering involvement across the full development lifecycle — from planning and technical coordination through to live site support and consultant management. You'll be joining a collaborative team environment where technical input is valued and projects are focused around delivering affordable, sustainable communities.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Producing AutoCAD planning layouts, working drawings and construction packs.
  • Coordinating consultants and supporting planning, Building Regulations and NHBC applications.
  • Supporting the management and development of standard house type portfolios.
  • Liaising with commercial, construction and sales teams throughout project delivery.
  • Visiting live sites across the North West to resolve technical queries and support delivery.
  • Assisting with planning submissions, legal drawings and tender documentation.
