We’re looking for a Site Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering contractor working on new build housing projects across Cambridge and nearby regions. If you’ve got solid experience in groundworks, setting out, and site coordination, and you’re looking to join a fast-growing business with long-term career prospects, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting out works to drawings and specifications
- Using GPS and total station for topographical and as-built surveys
- Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management
- Monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and upholding H&S standards
- Supporting QA and documentation across the site
What We’re Looking For:
- HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven site engineering experience (groundworks/residential preferred)
- Confident with Leica/Trimble total stations and GPS tools
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and layouts
- Full UK driving licence (travel required)
