Do you love the delivery side of recruitment? The research, the relationships, the satisfaction of placing the right person in the right role?
At 4tify, we work with construction businesses across the UK, from regional contractors to national names, placing the people who deliver projects from groundworks to handover. We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Warrington team, focusing on delivery across our permanent and temporary divisions. A background in construction is a real advantage, but what matters most is that you're a great recruiter who's ready to immerse yourself in an industry you'll genuinely enjoy.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing live vacancies across perm and temp from brief to placement
- Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Building relationships with site-based and office-based professionals across the North West
- Supporting temp workers on assignment, keeping compliance tight and communication open
- Working as part of a small, specialist team where curiosity about the sector goes a long way
What we're looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience across perm, temp, or both
- A natural relationship-builder who people trust and come back to
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a busy desk at pace
- A construction background is a bonus and will help you hit the ground running, but it is not essential
- What is essential is that you care about doing recruitment properly
What you'll get:
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
- A warm desk with live roles and an established client base from day one
- Full sector induction and ongoing support from a team that knows construction inside out
- A specialist brand with real credibility in the market
- The chance to build a long-term career in a sector that never stands still
You don't need to have worn a hard hat to thrive here. You need to be a strong recruiter, a genuine people person, and ready to work hard in a business that's going places.
