We’re partnering with a well-established residential contractor operating across the North West and Midlands. As their project portfolio continues to grow, they’re looking to bring in a Head of Technical to lead and evolve their design and technical function.

What You’ll Be Working On:

📌 Leading the technical delivery across a variety of residential-led, design and build schemes.

📌 Overseeing and mentoring a regional technical team.

📌 Taking responsibility for driving technical standards from pre-construction through to completion.

📌 Working closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
