We’re working with a respected residential developer in Warrington that delivers high-quality new build homes across the North West. Known for their thoughtful design and strong technical execution, they’re now looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to take the lead across multiple residential sites, each ranging up to 160 plots.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Leading the civil engineering function across several live and upcoming residential schemes
- Managing external consultants on drainage, levels, R+S, and foundation design
- Overseeing technical approvals including S38, S104, and S278 applications
- Supporting land appraisals, feasibility studies, and infrastructure planning
- Working closely with internal technical, commercial, and build teams to deliver fully coordinated engineering solutions
