We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead to take full ownership of the commercial function across a portfolio of façade construction and façade remediation projects. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands façade packages — cladding, curtain walling, glazing, rainscreen, SFS — and can lead from pre-contract through to final account with confidence. This is not a generalist QS role. Façade experience is essential.
The Role
You’ll act as the commercial lead across multiple live schemes, taking responsibility for cost control, forecasting, contracts, supply chain performance, and commercial risk.
