65000 - 75000 per annumManchester, EnglandPermanentOur client, a leader in civil engineering and infrastructure, is currently seeking a Project Manager specialising in the water sector for a permanent position.Key Responsibilities:Produce financial forecasts, monitor and control project costs, and produce monthly reports on project performanceDeliver projects from the design phase to completion, including all handover documentationReview progress, budget, resources, and planningBuild and maintain relationships with customers, framework suppliers, and design consultantsDevelop and maintain construction programmesCo-ordinate and manage site investigations during ongoing constructionDevelop engineering solutions that meet client requirementsEnsure production and implementation of Project Plans, risk assessments, and method statementsPrepare comprehensive estimates for additional work outside target costsSet high standards of leadership in promoting HS&E procedures and best practicesJob Requirements:Working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, and cost controlExperience in the water / utilities sector would be preferredProficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent softwareDegree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalentCSCS manager's card, SMSTS, NEBOSH Construction CertificateKnowledge of the NEC contractsExcellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skillsExperience in managing and delivering successful projectsIf you are an experienced Project Manager with a specialisation in civil engineering within the water sector, we encourage you to apply now.
