This is an exciting opportunity to join 4ThePlayer, a boutique slots studio with a strong industry reputation and a growing portfolio of successful titles. The role supports the commercial team by delivering marketing assets for customers and creating the standard materials required for each new game release. You will work closely with the Creative Director and the Commercial and Marketing Director in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This is a fully remote role based in Brazil, you must have excellent English written and spoken.

About the role

This is a newly created position. Previously these tasks sat within the central art team, but due to growth the responsibilities are now being dedicated to a specialist marketing design role. No two days are the same. You will work across a wide range of creative briefs, from partner marketing requests to launch assets for new games. Most work will be digital, though occasional print materials may also be required. You will be part of a small, experienced team that moves quickly and delivers a lot with a lean structure. We are looking for someone with a positive, proactive mindset. Someone who enjoys receiving a brief and bringing it to life creatively, whether that means exploring new ideas or executing precisely to specification.

Key responsibilities

  • Create marketing and promotional assets for each new game release, ensuring materials are delivered on time and to a high creative standard.
  • Support the commercial team by producing marketing assets requested by operators and partners, including campaign materials, banners and promotional creatives.
  • Create engaging social media content including reels, short form videos, 'coming soon' teasers, launch announcements and recap content for new releases and industry events.
  • Edit and produce short form video content suitable for social platforms, marketing campaigns and website use.
  • Produce digital marketing materials such as animated banners, social media graphics, promotional visuals and motion assets.
  • Create GIFs, animated SVGs and other lightweight digital assets used across marketing campaigns, operator promotions and website.
  • Adapt existing marketing assets for different formats, platforms and partner requirements.
  • Work closely with the creative, commercial and marketing leads to ensure messaging and visuals align with brand and campaign goals.
  • Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing output while also bringing fresh creative ideas.
  • Manage multiple briefs and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong video editing and motion skills.
  • Excellent experience creating GIF assets.
  • Experience working with animated SVG.
