This is an exciting opportunity to join the 4th & Reckless team in a key role focused on driving our social media presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing high-quality content across our organic and paid social channels, as well as supporting the day-to-day management of our organic platforms. They will play a crucial role in tracking performance, staying ahead of trends and algorithm updates, and ensuring our community remains at the heart of everything we do. This person will work closely with, and provide support to, the Head of Marketing & Creative, contributing to brand awareness, producing high-end creative content, and enhancing our online presence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Social Media management - Supporting with the management of all social channels, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram stories & Instagram Grid support.
  • Create engaging social content for both our organic & paid social channels, ensuring this is in line with the overall brand identity, whilst also creating fresh content to maximise reach, engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Content editing for different platforms of Social Media, including Instagram reels, TikTok's, YouTube shorts & long-form videos and static content.
  • Staying up to date with current trends, themes, algorithm and platform changes and updates to ensure that we are always at the forefront.
  • Consistently thinking of creative and outside of the box ideas to implement across social media to engage and grow our audience.
  • Nurturing and growing our online community, ensuring that community management is always at the forefront and that we have a consistent two-way conversation with our audience.
  • Working with the brand & marketing team to ensure seamless & innovative Campaign execution.
  • Working closely with the Collaborations team to ensure that we are maximising all influencer content and opportunities.
  • When needed, supporting with content creation at brand events and activations to showcase the brand to a high standard, driving reach and brand awareness.
  • Regular weekly and monthly reporting and tracking to ensure that we are achieving our KPI's and using the results to inform our strategy going forward.
  • Consistently working towards key objectives to increase our social engagement and overall reach, boost our following and build an online community.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar social media based role is beneficial but not essential.
  • Educational background within fashion, marketing or a relevant topic is beneficial but not essential.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, must be comfortable managing spreadsheets, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current influencer trends.
  • Familiar with using Microsoft Office and social media management platforms is beneficial but not essential.
  • Knowledge of editing and content creation platforms such as Inshot, Capcut and Canva is beneficial but not essential.
  • High-level of attention to detail, amazing communicator, collaborative & creative.
