About the Role
The Head of Marketing will own, evolve and scale the full 360° marketing strategy for 4th & Reckless. This role is responsible for building an integrated marketing engine that drives brand heat and commercial performance in equal measure. From high-impact brand campaigns and cultural collaborations to ecommerce growth strategy, paid media performance and retail activations, you will ensure every touchpoint works cohesively to build desire, traffic and revenue.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with Creative, Design and Product teams to deliver a unified brand expression and commercially effective marketing ecosystem. 360° Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and own the overarching 360° marketing strategy across brand, digital, retail and ecommerce.
- Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks and seasonal campaign architecture in partnership with Creative and Design.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to revenue targets, product drops and retail priorities.
- Use cultural insights, customer data and competitive intelligence to shape forward-thinking brand direction.
Digital & Ecommerce Marketing
- Own ecommerce marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversion, AOV and customer lifetime value.
- Oversee performance marketing including paid social, search, display and affiliate channels.
- Lead CRM and retention strategy across email, SMS and loyalty initiatives.
- Ensure digital investment delivers measurable ROI and scalable growth.
Social, Content & Community
- Set the global social vision and content strategy across all platforms.
- Build and nurture an engaged community through innovative storytelling and culturally relevant content.
- Establish tone-of-voice and content standards that elevate the brand across channels.
- Ensure content strategy supports both brand heat and commercial objectives.
- Oversee seeding, paid collaborations and long-term ambassador programmes.
- Identify and secure culturally relevant partnerships and collaborations that elevate brand perception.
- Own strategy and execution of brand events, activations and pop-ups to drive buzz and demand.
Leadership & Commercial Ownership
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team across brand and performance disciplines.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, experimentation and data-led decision making.
- Partner closely with Creative, Ecommerce, Retail and Product to ensure alignment between storytelling and sales.
- Own and manage the full marketing budget, balancing brand investment with performance efficiency.
- Define and track KPIs across brand awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, revenue and retention.
- Use analytics and customer insights to continuously optimise performance.
- Report to SLT on brand health and commercial marketing effectiveness.

- Proven experience delivering both brand-building campaigns and measurable ecommerce growth.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, digital trading and omnichannel strategy.
