Your Role As a Claims Handler in our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, you’ll play a critical role in guiding customers through the claims process from first notification to settlement. You’ll ensure claims are processed efficiently, referred to the appropriate teams, and handled with professionalism.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with empathy and accuracy, ensuring their claims are processed smoothly.
- Claims Management: Handle claims from start to finish, within agreed service levels and regulatory guidelines.
