Key Responsibilities- Carry out motorcycle servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a hire fleet
- Perform diagnostics and fault finding on mechanical issues
- Complete service records, job cards, and maintenance reports accurately
- Prepare motorcycles for inspection, hire, and release
- Ensure all work meets workshop safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively within a workshop / garage environment
- Support continuous improvement of fleet maintenance processes
- Experience as a Motorcycle Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Mechanic (preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge (motorcycles, cars, or similar vehicles)
- Ability to carry out repairs, servicing, and diagnostics
- High attention to detail and a right-first-time approach
- Comfortable working in a workshop or fleet environment
- Full UK motorcycle licence required
- Experience in fleet maintenance, hire fleet, or rental vehicles
- Background in automotive, motorbike, or mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of insurance or vehicle repair processes
- Previous technician or workshop experience
- Competitive salary (£28,500–£31,000)
