Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out motorcycle servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a hire fleet
  • Perform diagnostics and fault finding on mechanical issues
  • Complete service records, job cards, and maintenance reports accurately
  • Prepare motorcycles for inspection, hire, and release
  • Ensure all work meets workshop safety and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively within a workshop / garage environment
  • Support continuous improvement of fleet maintenance processes
Skills & Experience
  • Experience as a Motorcycle Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Mechanic (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge (motorcycles, cars, or similar vehicles)
  • Ability to carry out repairs, servicing, and diagnostics
  • High attention to detail and a right-first-time approach
  • Comfortable working in a workshop or fleet environment
  • Full UK motorcycle licence required
Desirable (Bonus Skills)
  • Experience in fleet maintenance, hire fleet, or rental vehicles
  • Background in automotive, motorbike, or mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of insurance or vehicle repair processes
  • Previous technician or workshop experience
