Are you an experienced Motorcycle Technician who enjoys diagnostics, servicing and repair work? Farnham Honda is looking for a Motorcycle Technician to join our friendly and knowledgeable team at our premium franchised dealership in Farnham, Surrey. This is a hands-on workshop role working with one of the UK’s leading motorcycle brands. You’ll carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing, fault finding and engine work to manufacturer standards, while contributing to a supportive team culture where quality, safety and customer care matter.

Your Role:

  • Carry out diagnostics using modern equipment and manufacturer tools.
  • Service and repair a range of motorcycle models to manufacturer standards.
  • Complete technical repairs, fault finding and engine work.
  • Work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Occasionally liaise with customers and provide clear, understandable technical explanations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
  • Support workshop colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Attend manufacturer training as required to stay up to date with the latest technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with modern motorcycles.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostics, servicing and modern engine technologies.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Motorcycle Maintenance, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK motorcycle and car licence.
  • Confidence working independently to manufacturer and safety standards.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and customers.
  • A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach.

Bonus Points For:

  • Qualified MOT tester status.
  • Previous experience in a franchised motorcycle dealership.
  • Familiarity with Honda diagnostic systems or technical processes.
  • Manufacturer training or additional technical certifications.
