Join Our Team as a Claims Handler! Are you passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and have a keen eye for detail? We are growing, and we are looking for dedicated team members to join us at 4th Dimension Innovation Ltd in Egham, Surrey.

This hybrid role allows you to work on-site two days per week once fully trained. No prior claims experience? No problem! While basic insurance knowledge is helpful, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

As a Claims Handler in our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, you’ll play a critical role in guiding customers through the claims process from first notification to settlement. You’ll ensure claims are processed efficiently, referred to the appropriate teams, and handled with professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with empathy and accuracy, ensuring their claims are processed smoothly.
  • Claims Management: Handle claims from start to finish, within agreed service levels and regulatory guidelines.
  • Fraud Identification: Recognize fraud indicators and escalate cases accordingly.
