Main Duties:

  • Calibrate, repair, and service our hire fleet motorcycles.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and servicing.
  • Work alongside colleagues to maintain a high-quality workplace.
  • Follow job cards for all repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Identify and report any mechanical issues before or during tasks.
  • Provide feedback to the Hire Fleet team for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare motorcycles for inspection before release.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, serviceability, and productivity.

Key Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure a right-first-time approach.
  • Ability to identify mechanical or service issues efficiently.
  • Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

  • A full UK motorcycle license with confidence in riding different models.
