Role Overview
As a Claims Handler in our Non-Fault Updates team, you’ll be the voice of reassurance and clarity for our clients. You’ll manage customer relationships, provide timely updates on credit hire and claims, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls and claim updates.
- Manage non-fault motorcycle claims with accuracy and professionalism.
- Apply logical thinking and attention to detail in all aspects of claims handling.
- Collaborate within a team-focused environment to drive results.
- Maintain a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes.
- Take ownership of personal performance metrics and development.
- Act on feedback and seek growth opportunities beyond required training.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in credit hire claims handling is desirable.
- Familiarity with ABI GTA and Credit Hire case law is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, helpful, and eager to learn.
- ACII certification is a plus but not essential.
