What You'll Be Doing
- Own the workshop flow – schedule jobs, book bikes in, and prioritise tasks to keep everything on track.
- Be the parts expert – order, manage, and deliver the right components at the right time.
- Support the team – work hand-in-hand with technicians, providing kits and "waiter service" support.
- Drive efficiency – monitor suppliers, cut lead times, and keep costs under control.
- Champion sustainability – contribute to our green parts initiative and help us build a cleaner future.
