We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Motorcycle Parts Sales Advisor to join our fast-paced team at Moto Mine in Egham. Role Purpose

As a Motorcycle Parts Sales Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers seeking motorcycle parts and accessories. You’ll help them find the right components, provide top-tier service, and ensure smooth operations across our online storefronts. From managing listings and returns to driving sales and brand engagement, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and our business thriving.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries from initial contact to post-sale support
  • Manage messages, returns, and feedback across eBay and our website
  • Maintain daily upload requirements for online storefronts
  • Provide accurate reporting to the Sales Manager
  • Offer weekend message cover (up to 2 hours) as part of the team rota
  • Build strong relationships with customers to boost sales and brand loyalty
  • Maintain eBay performance ratings and listing accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve listings and reduce return rates
  • Take ownership of admin tasks including: Refund/return tracking, Automated offers via eBay, Internal part sales/transfers, Feedback responses

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong motorcycle knowledge is essential
  • eBay experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Confident using IT systems including MS Office and databases
  • Ability to meet deadlines and hit sales targets
  • Experience with social media and online retail markets is a plus
  • Coordination, planning, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Customer-first attitude and openness to change

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + commission/bonus structure
