We’re growing and looking for a proactive, detail-focused, and customer-focused individual to join our Engineering team as a Motorcycle Settlement Handler.
This is a fully onsite opportunity offering the chance to work within a specialist motorcycle claims environment, supporting customers and clients through the settlement process. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, good technical understanding, and the ability to make fair and informed decisions while delivering excellent customer service.

Your Role
As a Motorcycle Settlement Handler, you’ll be responsible for managing and settling motorcycle claims following hand-off from our CVU and Triage teams. You’ll ensure claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and in line with service level agreements, authority levels, and customer-specific processes. You’ll play an important role in delivering a smooth and supportive settlement journey for customers while working closely with colleagues across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Claims Management: Handle motorcycle claims from settlement through to resolution
- Customer Communication: Respond professionally to calls, emails, and correspondence
- Decision Making: Assess claims and support fair settlement outcomes within authority levels
- Data & Systems: Accurately capture and maintain claim information within internal systems
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure claims are handled in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
- Problem Solving: Resolve claim queries and support positive customer outcomes
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, engineers, insurers, and brokers
- Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements and share updates in claims legislation

- Vehicle Assessment Experience – Ideally within the insurance repair industry
- Claims Knowledge – Good understanding of claims handling processes and procedures
