Previous experience in insurance or claims handling is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided.

Your Role

As a Motor Claims Handler within our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers following a motorcycle incident. You’ll guide them through the claims process from initial contact through to resolution, delivering a smooth and professional experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and supportive guidance
  • Email Management: Respond to customer and third-party emails promptly and professionally
  • Claims Handling: Manage claims in line with service level agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Case Ownership: Take responsibility for claims from start to finish
  • Fraud Awareness: Identify and escalate potential fraud indicators
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, engineers, and third parties
