Join Our 365 Moto Logistics Team! We are on the lookout for a Portuguese-Speaking Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham Central, Surrey. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, loves motorcycles, and enjoys collaborating across departments, then buckle up—this could be the ride of your life!
Main Duties:
- Coordinate and monitor the full transport cycle across the 365 Moto operation and associated 4th Dimension Group businesses.
- Ensure motorcycles are transported safely and efficiently across the UK.
- Handle over 50 inbound and outbound calls daily, communicating with drivers, clients, and partner companies.
- Plan, organize, and issue routes using our in-house logistics systems.
- Ensure customers are informed about and make payments for excess and additional charges.
- Work closely with Driver Team Leaders to maintain vehicle standards and performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and service quality.
- Liaise with internal teams like MotoMine, Hire Fleet, and Farnham Honda to meet all transportation needs.
