Your Role:
As a Claims Handler in our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, you’ll play a critical role in guiding customers through the claims process—from first notification to settlement. You’ll ensure claims are processed efficiently, referred to the appropriate teams, and handled with professionalism.
What You\’ll Do:
Customer Support: Assist customers with empathy and accuracy, ensuring their claims are processed smoothly.
Claims Management: Handle claims from start to finish, within agreed service levels and regulatory guidelines.
Fraud Identification: Recognize fraud indicators and escalate cases accordingly.
Collaboration: Work alongside specialist teams, engineers, and investigators to resolve claims efficiently.
