We’re looking for a detail-driven, motorcycle-savvy Vehicle Assessor to join our Triage team. If you know your way around a bike and thrive on making accurate, high-impact decisions, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, specialist environment.
Your Mission
As a Vehicle Assessor, you’ll be the first point of technical evaluation for all inbound motorcycles. Your expert eye will determine whether a bike is repairable within budget or beyond economical repair—setting the tone for the entire claims journey. Your judgment will directly influence customer satisfaction, repair timelines, and insurance outcomes.
️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Visually inspect all inbound motorcycles for damage and repair potential
- Call clients to confirm incident details, explain next steps, and promote our repair services
- ️ Conduct theft investigations and compile reports for internal and insurance use
- Create basic estimates using manufacturer EPCs and assess pre-incident vehicle values
- Produce condition reports and liaise with our internal engineering team
- Support other departments when needed—flexibility is key!
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle makes, models, and mechanics
- Previous experience in a technical motorcycle role (preferred)
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Excel/Word and estimating software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
