We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the go-live and business transition for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. You’ll play a key role in helping the organisation adjust to new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption across business functions - especially in manufacturing and production environments.

The Role

You’ll lead change management activities across the programme, driving engagement, communication, and process adoption as the business moves to a new ERP landscape. Working closely with business leaders and project teams, you’ll ensure the organisation is equipped and aligned for a successful transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of change management plans aligned to project milestones.
  • Engage stakeholders across manufacturing, production, and business operations.
  • Drive process adoption, ensuring new workflows are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Support cutover and go-live activities in partnership with IT and functional teams.
