About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Printer Support Engineer to join our team, providing exceptional technical support for printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices. You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, maintenance, and client support—ensuring seamless operations for our key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for printers/copiers, resolving issues within SLA timeframes
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and assist with installations
- Log and track faults, reporting recurring issues to improve system reliability
- Maintain boot/site stock levels and backup colleagues during busy periods
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Attend training to stay ahead of industry tech and solutions
Skills & Experience Required:
- Field technical support experience (printers/copiers/MFDs preferred - EPOS/white goods experience accepted)
- City & Guilds or similar technical qualification
- Logical problem-solving with a focus on quick, accurate resolutions
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
