About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Printer Support Engineer to join our team, providing exceptional technical support for printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices. You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, maintenance, and client support—ensuring seamless operations for our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for printers/copiers, resolving issues within SLA timeframes
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and assist with installations
  • Log and track faults, reporting recurring issues to improve system reliability
  • Maintain boot/site stock levels and backup colleagues during busy periods
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Attend training to stay ahead of industry tech and solutions

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Field technical support experience (printers/copiers/MFDs preferred - EPOS/white goods experience accepted)
  • City & Guilds or similar technical qualification
  • Logical problem-solving with a focus on quick, accurate resolutions
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
