Base pay range Direct message the job poster from 4Square Recruitment Ltd Job Title: Junior Information Security & Privacy Analyst Location: London (2 days in office per week – hybrid) Reports to: Head of Information Security Overview: We\’re looking for a motivated Junior Information Security & Privacy Analyst with 1–2 years’ experience or strong interest in InfoSec to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience with ISO 27001, Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and privacy tools like OneTrust, while working in a supportive, development-focused environment. You’ll work alongside our experienced InfoSec team on client-facing and internal projects, with a clear path to grow into more senior InfoSec or Data Privacy roles. What You\’ll Be Doing: Support the team in managing internal and external information security and privacy projects. Assist with ISO 27001 implementations and audits. Learn to use and support projects within OneTrust (training and guidance provided). Help maintain information security documentation, policies, and procedures. Conduct basic risk assessments and maintain risk registers. Collaborate with team members to review data protection practices. Stay updated on InfoSec and data protection trends and best practices. What We\’re Looking For: 1–2 years’ experience in Information Security, IT Risk, GRC, or a strong interest in developing a career in the field. Basic understanding of ISO 27001 and information security principles . Exposure to OneTrust (or a strong willingness to learn). Good attention to detail and ability to follow process. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have (But Not Essential): Exposure to GDPR , risk management , or data protection principles . Familiarity with frameworks like Cyber Essentials , NIST , or CIS . Any InfoSec-related certifications or coursework.
