The Role: We’re looking for an IT Support & Helpdesk Analyst with 2+ years’ experience to join our close-knit team. You’ll provide onsite and remote support, resolve IT issues, and help drive technology adoption—all while delivering first-class service to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets (hardware, software, networking).
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and security/compliance systems.
- Train and coach users to maximise tech efficiency.
- Assist with company-wide IT projects and system upgrades.
- Occasionally travel to other offices.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- 2+ years in IT support/networking (Microsoft 365, patching, installations).
- Azure tenant management and cybersecurity awareness.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communicator, team player, and detail-oriented.
Nice-to-Have:
- ITIL or relevant certifications.
